STEVEN G. JACOB
In practice for 20 years, Dr. Jacob received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Jacob is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society.
Dr. Jacob and his wife, Christy, enjoy spending time with their four children. He enjoys landscaping, hiking, coaching soccer, and watching Ohio State athletics in his spare time.
